Lourdes Reefer
Lourdes Reefer of Chanticleer Properties Triangle, based in the Chapel Hill/ Pittsboro area is a military veteran and an expert in the real estate industry. She has represented clients all over the Fort Liberty (Bragg) area to include Fayetteville, Spring Lake and Sanford, Chapel Hill and the Triangle area. She has built her business foundation on integrity, great customer service, and transparency through professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.
Her combined experience and education as a Realtor®, MBA graduate of Webster University, Raleigh Realtor Leadership Academy graduate, and retired military field grade officer, demonstrates her commitment to selfless service and dedication to serve the community.
Active in the community, Lourdes is a proud sponsor of the Seaforth High School PTSA and sports program. She also participates in The Legacy at Jordan Lake Social Committee and has coached several soccer teams in Hoke and Chatham Counties.
In her free time, Lourdes is an avid hiker, enjoying North Carolina nature trails. She also loves spending time at the mountains and North Carolina beaches with her family. Walking on the beach and enjoying the beautiful sunrise together with her family, is never something Lourdes takes for granted.
